I’ve purchased these several times because they’re exactly what I’m looking for.I’ve bought them as gifts for my creative friends or their creative children.And I use them for productive distractions.I like their size, page count, “normal”/“typical” paper thickness. They’re humble, basic. Perfect for what I’m looking for.Sometimes I take breaks from my work and take a walk but if it’s raining or I’m feeling creative I’ll write/draw little stories. The low page count allows me to make a story with illustrations -all within an hour or two. Sometimes I remove a few pages because of time constraints or “story flow”.And they fit in my pockets if I need a note-pad.Pencils, pens, pastels, “not-very-wet” watercolors all work well.I don’t use technical pens on anything other than vellum and I don’t use permanent markers on these pages as I figure they’ll show through both sides of the paper.I hope I’ve given you the information you were looking for and wish you a good time with the blank books you end up choosing.
