I personally enjoyed the book. Somewhat skeptical of the hands "supposedly" won by the author. If the author could consistently increase his bankroll over 50% every time sitting at the baccarat table he would be extremely wealthy in a fairly short time. Furthermore, if any gambler could consistently and predictably win as much as Mr. Hebert claims anyone can accomplish employing his system, techniques, and strategies why write a book? It seems any gambler/writer promoting a guaranteed winning formula is self-promoting their book sale rather than anything else.Overall, I did find many of Mr. Herbert's insights, rules, and observations worthwhile and valuable. But when any gambling author documents his winning hands without verification and a semblance of 'proof' we all have to have a healthy dose of skepticism; especially when making the claim that all who follows his rules and system will be a successful gambler.
